The event, which was designed to be a celebration of all things Italian and featured food, beverages and music from a variety of Canadian-Italian`s. With the recent passage by the Parliament of Canada of a motion officially recognizing June as National Italian Heritage Month, this year’s event was also a celebration of the that milestone.
Mr. Sorbara and the other organizers are looking forward to continuing the successful tradition as Canada-Italy Day prepares for a third year.
